…getting back into it…

6 Aug

…three weeks vacation (from work AND renovating) kickstarts craftiness…

and somehow i didn’t want to pick up any unfinished business, and instead started knitting dishcloths for my new kitchen…. 🙂 The classic ballband dishcloth of course, this time knitted in Paris from Garnstudio. 4 mm needles.

yarn: mandarin classic
needles: 3,5 mm
finished size: 21 x 21 cm
pattern: flying geese

i did change the pattern a bit, mine don’t look like flying geese…
and this last one is of course my favorite because it’s reversible!! (anyone know any reversible patterns, let me know – i like’em!)

i eagerly joined the christmas-present-along at hobbyboden, but little did i know how hard it was actually getting anything done before the end of the month! but thank you, ballband, quick and simple!

Yarn: Mandarin classic
Needles: 3,5 mm

discovered these dishcloths at criminy jickets blog the other day, and am on my way with the second one! i so like that they look pretty on both sides 🙂

yarn: two strands of safran from garnstudio

colours: green/pink – orange/pink

needles: top one 5 mm – bottom one 4 mm

size: top one: 22 cm wide – bottom one 20 cm x 20 cm

(the bigger one is softer, but still not loose, so i assume it better serves its purpose – although not tested yet!)
